@theweed - U are right. I made a BooBoo. Exchange support seems like a good thing. Let's see how Apple brings this forward.

@Dorado - That's true, from a UI perspective, it is really amazing. But that is Apple's domain. Personally, I am not very much appealed by just the looks.

I prefer to look at it this way, if you spend so much efforts getting such great UI, why not spend some more to back it up with great technology.. The technology is avaliable.. and I'd say pretty simple to implement...

But then again.. it's my own opinion..

who cares, it looks great! do you really think company will rather let their employees use iphone rather than blackberry? i think only stupid ppl (me included) who just go for the trend and the cool look will buy... that's their target market

and also... again... dun think this would suit you... most people (their target market) won't really bother about J2ME and its compatibility for application on iphone... they are paying premiums just for the design

It does support exchange. Stated in the keynote and in the Engadget coverage.

10:18am - "It connects to any POP3 or IMAP email -- Yahoo Mail, MS Exchange, Mac Mail... POP3: Gmail, AOL mail, and most ISPs... let's highlight one, Yahoo mail. Today we are announcing Yahoo will offer free push-IMAP email to iPhone customers. This isn't just IMAP, this is push-email, same as a BlackBerry."
